There's no such thing as a playbook for success

At least, not a singular, definitive one. Sure, there are times when borrowing someone else’s plays might work for you, but only if they were solving for enough of the same things that you are.

💡I do believe in first principles, and being inspired by others’ creativity. 

If you understand the building blocks, underlying drivers and principles of the strategic, organisational or cultural question you’re trying to solve, or the theory/framework you’re trying to apply, you’re more likely to find the answer that unlocks what you’re really looking for and which meets your definition of success.
